Takeda Activity Management successfully implemented across EU

When deploying its new CRM (Veeva CRM) across all European subsidiaries, including Veeva’s new Events Management module, Takeda worked in partnership with Veeva to evolve the module, to meet reporting and regulatory requirements not covered by the core version of the module proposed.

Objective of the Events Management module is to manage in its entirety all stages of an Event (request, approval, actual), whilst considering validation processes and internal procedures. One of the strengths of the Events Management module is that it allows also for managing the post-operation, integrating all aspects related to participation and organisation (e.g. no shows, meal-opt ins, actual individual expenses).

To meet regulatory reporting needs, Takeda also setup a connector between Veeva CRM and BMI System’s Naya solution. It enables to manage (automated) all administrative parts connected with the French and European regulatory (EFPIA, and DMOS specifically for France), and more holistically the transparency on relationships and transfers of value between Takeda subsidiaries and HCPs.
