Tecnos Japan Inc. It is pleased to announce that it will acquire Trueson B.V. (Head office: Amsterdam, Netherlands; Founder/CEO: Son Truong; hereinafter “Trueson”). This strategic acquisition will strengthen the Tecnos Japan Group’s presence in the global market. Furthermore, it aims to improve the value it provides to customers expanding its business globally.
1. Purpose and background of the acquisition
With this acquisition, Tecnos Japan will gain a foothold in the European and Vietnamese markets as part of its global expansion. It will commence providing services and solutions to life sciences and healthcare customers as a new CRM business area. In addition, by acquiring human capital with expertise in life science and healthcare, the company aims to expand its business in the Japanese and North American markets and create new business synergies.
Trueson is highly regarded in the life sciences and healthcare market for CRM and has major life sciences and healthcare companies as clients. 3. Future outlook
Tecnos Japan has established Tecnos Europe B.V. to begin operations in Europe, with Trueson expected to join the group. The Tecnos Japan Group will ramp up its Salesforce business in Europe and leverage Trueson’s strengths in the life science and healthcare markets to strengthen its competitiveness in the Japanese and
North American markets. In addition to India, the Group will also acquire a new delivery center in Vietnam to secure talented engineers and further grow its business.
