Objectives of this Role
- Develop custom solutions by designing and implementing Salesforce applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Support, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce applications for seamless functionality.
- Create and maintain integrations with other applications using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.
Your Tasks
- Build and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and related technologies.
- Document technical specifications, including user guides, release notes, and design documents.
- Gather and document requirements, working closely with technical teams for Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
- Participate in code reviews to enforce best practices and optimize Salesforce solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, especially with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Component (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, including custom objects, relationships, and fields.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English fluency: professional.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience on Data Migration.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (must have)/II, App Builder, or Administrator.
- Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud or similar collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of AppExchange packaging and CI/CD processes.
