At the moment we are looking for a Full-stack Developer position to drive forward our Services and Development teams.

Reporting to: APAC Technical Lead
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python..
- API Development and Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between different parts of the application.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Security Implementation: Implement security best practices to protect the application from vulnerabilities, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Support and maintain web-based applications critical to the day-to-day functions of business units .
- Version Control and Collaboration: Use Git and other version control systems to track code changes and collaborate with other team developers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future development and maintenance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in backend development using Java, Python, and frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
- Proficiency in Git branching models and collaborative development workflows, ensuring efficient version control and team collaboration.
- Proficient in English. Business-level or Conversational Japanese (if applicable)
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge or experience on Odoo platform, Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge or experience on Salesforce platform and Salesforce AppExchange
- Certifications in Salesforce and Veeva are an advantages.
