External Meetings and Engagements

  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Go-to-Market and Pitching/Demos

  • Coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies to promote Trueson’s services and solutions
  • Coordinate compelling pitch decks and deliver engaging demos to showcase Trueson’s capabilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and initiatives

Project Coordination

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to coordinate project activities
  • Monitor project progress and updates to the BD Manager and Country Manager

Events Coordination

  • Coordinate with organizing events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, to promote Trueson’s services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion and execution of events
  • Represent Trueson at industry events and networking opportunities

Reporting and Communication

  • Reports and updates to the Business Development Manager, dotted line to Country Manager
  • Records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT/software industry
  • Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, Data Management, and BI solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo)
  • Willingness to travel as required
