At the moment we are seeking a BI Specialist with a focus on advanced PBI dashboard, HTML, and MyInsights development. As a key player in our team, your technical proficiency and analytical skills will drive the creation of insightful reports and dashboards.

Reporting to: APAC Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and client-facing use.
- Develop and customize MyInsights content using HTML and JavaScript.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources.
- Translate business questions into clear, actionable data visualizations and narratives.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions on time.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across dashboards and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong HTML and/or JavaScript skills for interactive content development.
- Proven SQL knowledge for efficient data manipulation.
- Strong business and data analytical skills.
- Expertise in data storytelling.
- Proficient in English. Business-level or Conversational Japanese (if applicable)
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-directed.
- Detail-oriented with a disciplined work approach.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Salesforce Admin and/or Veeva Admin certification.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies.
