We’re currently looking for a QA Specialist/Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions before they reach our clients. In this role, you’ll be a critical gatekeeper – designing test strategies, catching issues early, and helping our development teams ship with confidence.

Reporting to: APAC Technical Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and execute test cases/test plans for web applications, dashboards, and integrations (manual and/or automated).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across projects.
- Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through to resolution, working closely with developers.
- Review requirements and user stories to ensure testability and flag gaps early.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts where applicable, to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across CRM, BI, and reporting systems (e.g., Veeva, Power BI).
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality standards are met before release.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking/test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to break down complex systems and anticipate edge cases.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including writing precise bug reports.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-directed.
- Detail-oriented with a disciplined, methodical work approach.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight release cycles.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with CRM/BI platforms (Veeva, Salesforce, Power BI).
- Understanding of and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies.
