At the moment we are looking for a Salesforce Developer position to drive forward our Services and Development teams.

Type of work: Full-time
Reporting to: APAC Technical Lead
Working location: APAC Office – Ho Chi Minh City
Objectives of this Role:
- Develop custom solutions by designing and implementing Salesforce applications, or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Support, maintain, and optimize existing Salesforce applications for seamless functionality.
- Create and maintain integrations with other applications using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.
Your Tasks:
- Build and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and related technologies.
- Document technical specifications, including user guides, release notes, and design documents.
- Gather and document requirements, working closely with technical teams for Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
- Participate in code reviews to enforce best practices and optimize Salesforce solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 year of proven experience as Salesforce Developer.
- Must have Platform Developer I.
- Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Component (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, including custom objects, relationships, and fields.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in English. Business-level or Conversational Japanese (if applicable)
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience on Data Migration.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Administrator.
- Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, Visualforce.
- Nice to have experience on other language such as Java and Python.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud or similar collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of AppExchange packaging and CI/CD processes.
