On August 27th, Trueson, in collaboration with DBAV, AusCham, and CEEC, hosted the highly anticipated hybrid event, “Empowering Omnichannel Success with BI and AI: A Hybrid Event with Roundtable Discussions.” The event saw great engagement from over 20 business leaders, and participants gained valuable insights into Omnichannel strategies, the application of AI, and Business Intelligence (BI) in today’s business environment.

The final session was led by Hung Ngo, Founder and CEO of the Center of Talent in AI (CoTAI), who explored the power of AI in Data Analytics. He emphasized that AI is not a competitor to humans but a tool to assist in decision-making, and he encouraged businesses to integrate AI into their digital strategies.
