On August 27th, Trueson, in collaboration with DBAV, AusCham, and CEEC, hosted the highly anticipated hybrid event, “Empowering Omnichannel Success with BI and AI: A Hybrid Event with Roundtable Discussions.” The event saw great engagement from over 20 business leaders, and participants gained valuable insights into Omnichannel strategies, the application of AI, and Business Intelligence (BI) in today’s business environment.

Introduction to Trueson

Hai Pham, Senior Software Engineer at Trueson, followed with a presentation on leveraging AI in Business Intelligence. Andrew Schwabe, Chairman & Co-founder of Saigon AI, provided some perspective on the opportunities and risks of AI in Omnichannel strategies. He emphasized that AI solutions must address specific and well-known business needs, avoid assumption and “black box” thinking, manage a unified data model, and continually test and adapt to changing market conditions. Andrew’s advice focused on aligning AI initiatives with business strategies to achieve the best results and avoid known difficulties.

Part 4: The Power of AI in Data Analytics

The final session was led by Hung Ngo, Founder and CEO of the Center of Talent in AI (CoTAI), who explored the power of AI in Data Analytics. Hung demonstrated the potential of AI to simulate customer behavior, work with data in real time, and provide a personalized customer experience. He emphasized that AI is not a competitor to humans but a tool to assist in decision-making, and he encouraged businesses to integrate AI into their digital strategies.
