Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Responsibilities:
External Meetings and Engagements
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Go-to-Market and Pitching/Demos
- Coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies to promote Trueson’s services and solutions
- Coordinate compelling pitch decks and deliver engaging demos to showcase Trueson’s capabilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and initiatives
Project Coordination
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to coordinate project activities
- Monitor project progress and updates to the BD Manager and Country Manager
Events Coordination
- Coordinate with organizing events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, to promote Trueson’s services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion and execution of events
- Represent Trueson at industry events and networking opportunities
Reporting and Communication
- Reports and updates to the Business Development Manager, dotted line to Country Manager
- Records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT/software industry
- Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, Data Management, and BI solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo)
- Willingness to travel as required
