As a Fullstack Developer/ Data Steward CRM at Trueson, you are responsible for supporting the business on CRM admin operational activities daily. And believe us, your role is crucial, as it has a great impact on the stability and quality of our crm data steward services to our clients.
What it means to be a Data Steward at Trueson
What activities are part of your job? You build and adapt the content of our customers’ digital materials. You are always on top of solving data-related issues and communicating transparently about the resolutions. Business users can count on your support during testing and you resolve any bugs or issues on time. When it comes to testing solutions, nothing escapes your attention and you create testing documentation accordingly. Business users can also count on you to advise and consult them on how to optimize their CRM environment. Next to this, you will participate in business requirements and design review sessions.
You are the data person within Trueson. You are responsible for data storytelling: in other words, bringing data to life. This means you’re responsible for the data quality, data accuracy, data analysis, and data mapping capabilities, to tell the story behind the data. You maintain the quality of data and coordinate and implement corrections. You understand end-to-end data flows and identify data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management. You optimize workflows, and communications and ensure compliance and security of data. Last but not least, you develop documentation including, but not limited to, functional and technical design documents, test scripts, health checks, etc.

About you
Your background, knowledge, and skills – You have / you are:
- BI/Reporting and Dashboards experience
- Business and Data Analytical skills
- Good experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and scripting languages such as JavaScript
- Data storytelling
- Advanced in Excel/ Power BI or another BI tool
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- Veeva Admin Certified (pro)
- SQL knowledge (pro)

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
